When Rich got home last night I said to him,
" I need a few minutes to myself. "
Since there is no where to go in our house, I put my headphones on and listened to music and read. I enjoyed the songs I chose and found myself starting to sing along. LOUDLY. Then I started to clap. Clap, Clap, Clap. Then I even did an air guitar. Then it hit me! I am totally turning into this guy......
Totally my dad. Headphone wearing, singing loudly, clapping, strumming dad. He does this ALL the time. In the blue chair. In his living room. When I see my dad like this I usually end up having to say, "Dad, you're too loud!"
"WHAT?", he yells. He thinks he is talking in a regular voice but the music is up so loud.....
Then this happened to me...
"Mom, STOP, you're too LOUD!"
"WHAT??"
Yep, I'm totally turning into my dad.
P.S. It's not a bad thing.

That's hilarious!
Very cute and what a nice surprise to see that "this guy" was Dad. I think "this guy" is pretty cool. He loves his Bose headphones and that they totally block out all other noise.
He went to Miles City last week by himself and drove home with the hat down, headphones on and I am sure singing at the top of his lungs.
You've just got to love "this guy" I sure do.
that is really funny. I can just see you now, clapping and jamming out on your air guitar :)
