The Monkey Movie and a date with Crewe

Crewe and I went to "the Monkey Movie" also known as "Curious George" this morning. It is part of the free family festival that goes on at our theater. It was free so we thought we would go. So did all of the East Bay. They had it playing in three theaters and we will still ended up in the front row. Didn't bother Crewe. After we went to Fuddruckers for lunch, followed by a quick stop at Target. It was a lovely day that I enjoyed with my son. He is amazing. He is now asleep, exhausted from the date day. I love him!!!!

It has been so HOT here. I enjoy a slow warmth and comes on in the summer. BUT no it is all of sudden above 100 everyday. So we have found relief in the wading pool. I want Crewe to wake up from his nap so "we" can go swim. Alright, I want to get in the cool refreshing water. NOW!!!

Chicken and Art

Rich thinks Crewe has chicken pox. GREAT! I am not so sure. So, they are off to the instacare this morning. I don't think that they can do anything but we need to know. If so, we have exposed A LOT of people. Not good.

I spent Yesterday at an art and design show. I was helping my friend, Trieste. I was hoping to be blown away with all the artists. Not so much. However, check my friend out at www.triestprusso.com.

PS We took Crewe to the doctor today (the emergency room) I know they can't do anything for chicken pox but I had to know if we infecting others. The dumb doctor didn't think it was the pox. "Maybe a grass allergy? Maybe a skin thing" Rich- "so it's not the chicken pox" Dr- "Uh...chicken pox? Why do you think it's that?" AH!!!!

Night Stand

I love my night stand. It holds my stack of books. I have the spines facing me, so when I lay in bed so I can see all the titles of future reads.

Ah, the Book

"Right about Lauryn. She was scrawny, always cold, had very hairy arms and a nasty brown cardigan, nearly as hairy as her arms, which she wore in the office, always dragging and wrapping it about her undernourished body in an attempt to get warm. She burned with a manic intensity and had very poppy eyes, like a Latter-day Saint...."

I love this paragraph from Marian Keynes new book, "Anybody Out There?". I love love the description of the main chacters boss, Lauryn. I know people that are always cold and sometimes I want to shout, "GAIN SOME WEIGHT" and you will be warmer, like me. ALSO I LOVE the "poppy eyes, like a Latter-day Saint". Rich and I discussed what the meant for a long time. Pioneer? Intense person? Bug eye Mormon?

I love to read!

Making a baby

What do I love today....
I love doctors who know what they are doing. We did IUI today and it seemed to go "okay". As okay as sitting in a dr's office with a tub shoved in you...Making a baby this way was never my plan but if it will work.

I Love my sister-in-law who watched by 2 year old for 5 hours today. I mean, 3 kids under the age of 4. Add all of those numbers and someone bound to start drinking. Or at least some shaking.

I love to read. Always. Today I am reading, "Anybody Out There?" So far, I am out there.

AND Finally, I love this purple dress. It is wonderful and soft and I want to pet it alot.
