Good Things
A week of Good Things.
Baby Dayne is a very good thing. She says funny things like, SuperAwesomeCool. She is constantly asking if you like the same things she likes. "You like ice cream? I like it. You like crackers? You like swimming? " Last night she was throwing a HUGE fit getting ready for bed. She didn't want her diaper changed, her jammies on, ect... Then all of sudden she stopped, looked at me and said, "Whoa. I was really out of control."

Cookies please?
I have been having a rough week. I have been feeling sorry for myself and kind of depressed. I am an emotional eater. I knew that if I made cookies I would eat WAY to many. So I took my kids to the store and let them pick out a treat. They choose Toll House cookie dough. That way we get hot cookies after lunch for multiple days. This morning I just read that there is a RECALL on all Toll House cookie dough. It has been infected with E-coli. WHAT? What's a girl to do?

perm
I am back to the "the PERM" talk. I want my hair to look like it does in this picture. Kind of curly but still long and beach'ish. I also would mind have big curly hair. Like I saw everywhere in Greece--I am sure that I blogged about it awhile ago. I have a ton of random pictures that I took of my hair. What's a girl to do?

The Library
This summer I have huge hopes of totally getting Crewe ready for school in the fall. Or at the very least, keeping my kids busy enough that I am happy with everyone. So begins my SUMMER PLAN. This years SUMMER PLAN is going to include the library. We went to sign Crewe up for the reading program at the Library. I believe I read a lot of books to him and he gets rewards. Something like that. When I was checking it out, I found out that they also have an adult reading program. So I am signing up. I have to read 3 books by August 15th. The first 100 people to turn in there lists and reviews get a prize. I can do this..... In fact I would say that we are off to a good start.

After my kids have had a really fun vacation or visitors we usually have a TON of pictures. I always think that I want to make cute albums. But I don't. I have started to make these photo collages, at Costco.com. Then I print them in 12x18 for &2.99. Then we hang them in my kids room until they fall down. A simple, great way to remember the fantastic time they had.

Check It
Guess who discovered the i booth?
Hope you have a nice weekend. We are going to a family night at Chuck E Cheese. Then the mother-in-law and the 4 sisters-in-law are going out for their monthly dinner. I love having Julie home!!! Saturday we are hoping to swim at our friends pool (thanks angie for joining the Cabana Club) and then Saturday night we are hitting a musical. Rich and I plus Angie and Nathan are seeing "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee". I saw it 3 years ago on a Girls Weekend. Nat and I still can get ourselves in hysterics over how great it was. The pressure is on for the play to be great.

We Did
In June 2000 we had an amazing day. I was awake way too early and Rich slept in. I ate bagels for breakfast (maybe Carmel rolls) and then had my hair done. I went and picked Rich up at the hotel around 10. We drove out to the Temple. At noon we were sealed for Time and All Eternity. Then we hit Aunt Dawn's house for sandwiches and conversation. We had great friends come all around us. That night, we had an amazing party with fabulous food. We crashed in bed that night, exciting for lives to begin.
But yesterday was good too.
Rich woke up way too early with the kids and I slept in. We ate a huge breakfast of Schofield Carmel Rolls and eggs. We took the kids to the park and ate Burger King for lunch. We played in the front yard with friends. Rich and I went to dinner and movie. We crashed in bed last night, happy for lives.
I wouldn't trade either day.
