Merry Christmas

This Holiday Season has been a very different one for me. It is the only the second time in my 31 years that I will not be with my mom and dad. I hate that my parents are alone. I hate that I don't have a house to invite them to.  HATE IT!   But I also am loving it......

I am loving having my own tree. I have been buying gifts, making lists and working on all my surprises. We are having very good friends come over for Christmas dinner. I made the menu. We are having a taco bar and playing games. I am looking forward to having happy memories made with them. I am excited for Santa to come to our house. I am breathlessly waiting for my kids and Rich to open the gifts that I have been pondering and thinking about for the past month.

I miss you mom and dad. I wish we were together but I know that I will have a great Christmas because you taught me how to do it.  I have watched you perfect the Christmas day. I have  breakfast all planed, my wrapping paper matches ( with those weird papers tucked in back), plans to call my brothers and music in the air.  I have been taught of our love for Jesus Christ and the reason for celebrating. Thank you.

Merry Christmas! I miss you family.

i know you will have a great Christmas. I have been looking forward to seeing how much my kids will love this year. We are having carmel rolls, eggs w/bacon, oj and hot chocolate for breakfast. to be honest, i hope we are snowed in so i can just snuggle them all day (and ethan too) and not worry about anything else.

we will meet in Mt next year!

its good to make your own memories and create your own traditions. We miss all the kids terribly. We are listening to Kenny G and weeping occasionally. Have a great Christmas.
